Probably there was a mistake while filling out the form, or Your Inbox accepted the letter as SPAM. You have two choices: either re-register, putting in another E-mail address, or send an email to email@example.com, with the registration name and problem description.

Billing is per-second.Our website shows per minute tariffs. For your convenience, we re-calculate our tariffs in several currencies based on the current Central Bank rate. Bills are in dollars with the exchange rate published in My Profile.

Actual access telephone numbers are published on the City Access page in My Profile. If you cannot find your city in this list, it means that we do not provide an access telephone number in this city so far.
Why is the "Order Call" function unavailable for me?
You might have a trial access mode. Users with this status cannot order calls or forwarding. After you have made a minimum payment, your status will be changed to permanent access and you will be able to enjoy all our services. Another issue must be the balance in your personal account below 0.5 C.U.
Why are many city codes missing in the list of U.S. cities? For example you do not have code 530 I want to call.
We cannot add the codes of all cities of the world to the list. You can call to any city in the country which code is in the list.

You can see your balance at the top of any page in Personal Office. If you use an IP- or soft-phone , dial 00 and listen to the information on your personal account balance.
