How can I have calls through NetCall?

It is easy to have a call using the NetCall mobile application: just start the application and select a contact in the phone book of your phone or type the number.

Where can I learn about NetCall rates?

To find out the call cost per minute, open the application menu and select the "Rates". Then type the number of the person you wish to call and click "View".

You will see information on the call cost per minute (you can change the default currency in the "Settings" section) and the call destination. To call this contact without typing the phone number again, click "Call".

How do I top up my NetCall account balance?

Register in the NetCall mobile application to get a unique SIP ID and password that you can use to access all SIPNET services. Go to your Personal Office to view information on how you can top up the balance of your SIPNET account.

Your SIP ID is the primary piece of information that you need when paying for our services. You can look up your SIP ID in NetCall (by clicking Upload Funds in the menu) or in your Personal Office. Paying for our services is as simple as topping up your mobile account. You can pay with cash at mobile stores or payment terminals.

You can also pay with a bank card. To do so, open the mobile application and select "Upload Funds" -> "Bank Card", or log into your SIPNET Personal Office from your desktop computer.

How do I disable confirmation requests in my mobile phone?

Out of security considerations, most mobiles are configured to request user confirmation of some operations, such as connecting the Internet or sending an SMS message or accessing the phone book.

The NetCall mobile application uses a one-time Internet connection or SMS message to initiate the call. It needs to access the phone book to let the user select a phone number from the existing contact list. You are charged for SMS messages sent by the application according to your service plan.

To disable such confirmation requests for NetCall, choose "Always allow" when asked. If you do not see the "Always allow" option, you might be using a NetCall version without a signed security certificate.

I’m seem unable to install a NetCall update. What should I do?

In some cases you may experience problems when installing new application versions on certain phone models. In most cases they can be resolved by clearing the cache of the mobile phone browser.

Open the web browser settings and select the "clear cache" menu item.

How is my phone number identified when I make calls using NetCall?

When you have calls from NetCall, the called person sees the number of the mobile phone from which you are calling. You can also use the free Hide Caller ID service.

Can I use NetCall in a different city or abroad to save on roaming costs?

Yes, you can. NetCall lets you save on roaming costs.

All you need to do is buy a local SIM card, insert it in your phone and activate it in the SIPNET network. You will then be able to call from the roaming zone at low SIPNET rates.

How can I use the free Hide Caller ID service in NetCall?

The NetCall mobile application offers a free Hide Caller ID service that lets you hide your phone number from the contact you are calling.

To use the service, open the "Settings" menu and enable the Hide Caller ID feature. Disable this feature if you want your contacts to see your mobile phone number.

How do I export contacts from my mobile phone to my Personal Office and have calls from my desktop computer?

SIPNET brings you different ways of communication, including cheap calls from your desktop computer using the Sippoint softphone. The NetCall mobile application lets you export all your mobile phone contacts to your SIPNET Personal Office and the Sippoint application.

To export contacts, select "Export" in the menu of the mobile application. This is a free service, and the export takes several seconds.

How does the Friend Invitation bonus system work?

The SIPNET network has Friend Invitation bonus programme. You have a chance to get your friends (customers) to sign up with the network as your referrals.

You will earn bonuses: a percentage of the first payment made by your friend/customer and a percentage of the cost of all commercial calls by your friend/customer.

Bonuses for all of your friends/customers accumulate in the month running and are credited to your primary SIPNET account at the start of the following month.

The first payment bonus is now 5%, and the bonus for the cost of commercial calls by your friends/customers is 10%. Bonuses for each of your friends/customers will start accumulating only after they upload funds to their SIPNET accounts for the first time.

To invite a friend to join the network, click "Send to friend" in the main menu of the application. Then choose one or several phone numbers from your contact list or enter a new phone number.

Can I replace the SIM card in the phone with installed NetCall?

Yes, you can. You can continue using NetCall with a new SIM card. To do so, click "Different SIM" in the menu and activate the new SIM card.

I have forgotten my password. What should I do now?

If you have forgotten your SIPNET account password, click "Password". An SMS message with your password will be sent to your phone.
