3. Register your mobile phone number in your SIPNET Personal Office under the "Premium Services" menu, "Caller ID" section.

Usage limitations to prevent abuse of service

Warning!
1. Calls to place outside of those covered by the promotion and to mobile phone numbers are charged at current SIPNET rates for the relevant destination.
2. If the user's balance decreases to below 5 units during the promotion, the user's account will be charged at current SIPNET rates for any subsequent calls even if they are placed to destinations covered by the promotion.
3. During the promotion, SIPNET is not responsible for any further or overloads off the networks of fixed and mobile network operators.
4. Limitations to prevent abuse of service apply for the duration of the promotion.

The following limitations apply for the duration of the promotion:

  • Total duration of free calls placed – by the user may not exceed 1 hour per day;
  • Total number of calls placed – by the user in the space of 24 hours may not exceed 10.

The SIPNET administration has the right to:

  • change the list and nature of limitations at any time to prevent abuse of service;
  • prevent, detect and stop so-called auto-dialler bots from accessing the SIPNET network and block mass sending of voice and text messages, access by call processing center and other mass access to SIPNET services;
  • report violations by SIPNET users of existing laws to the appropriate authorities so they can be taken into account.

The SIPNET administration is responsible for observance of the law and SIPNET service limitations for the duration of the promotion.

Participation in this promotion means SIPNET users’ acceptance of the terms of the promotion and limitations to prevent abuse of service.
